At Impact Spaces, we act as a brokerage service, connecting purpose-driven organisations with empty, underused, or soon-to-be-vacant commercial spaces. Our mission is to match these spaces with good causes, facilitating mutually beneficial arrangements. Whether it's finding the perfect workspace for a social enterprise or activating a vacant property for community use, we specialise in making meaningful connections. Additionally, we offer bespoke placemaking services that enhance the social value and innovation potential of these spaces and wider communities. Our goal is to create vibrant, purpose-driven environments that benefit our multiple stakeholders that include landlords, local authorities, housing associations, government departments and bodies and of course the community.
